Netage conducts a thorough 3-step selection process. All the information exchanged between a candidate and the company remains absolutely confidential, will not be disclosed to third parties and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
step 1: Online application
We ask you to review the list of current vacancies and select the position that best fits your goals and current qualifications. To apply, please use the online form to minimize the review time. Your interest will be considered non-binding at this stage, and will remain absolutely confidential. If you find no position that fits your qualifications precisely, we still encourage you to submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your professional interests and we will get in touch with you when a suitable vacancy opens.
step 2: Functional interview
If your application at the first stage is approved (we contact only the short-listed candidates), we will invite you for a functional interview to discuss the relevant experience and skills you have. The interview is scheduled at your convenience in our office and is conducted by our HR manager and a respective field expert. For all technical positions there is usually a practical test to be completed on site. Within one to two weeks after the functional interview, we will let you know if Netage is interested in your application and will invite you for a second meeting.
step 3: Team meeting
During a typical team meeting, candidates meet with Netage Division’s managers and professionals to get a better idea about Netage's work, values and corporate atmosphere and to see whether the company suits their interests and qualifications. If all three steps are completed successfully, we will make you a job offer.
The entire selection process takes usually 10 to 20 days from the moment of your initial interest. If interviews need to be rescheduled, we will promptly notify you. Please keep in mind that we keep all applications on our file for six months.
